TEAM FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The boat racks are located in the field behind the boathouse. The Organising Committee will assign the boat racks for the boat types. Teams are responsible to make sure that their boats are safely tied to the racks at all times and in no risk of damage due to adverse weather conditions.
There is a limited number of areas available exclusively for team tents. They will be given out on a first-come first-served basis. More details and the application form will soon be available on the official website.
Bow numbers can be collected 1 hour before the race at the control commission located in the boat park.
There are 2 incoming and 2 outgoing pontoons.
The boat builders and boat repair workshop will be located at the boatstorage area.
A dedicated area for boat washing will be located at the right side of the boathouse. No chemical detergents or other sources of environmental pollution should be used during boat washing.
Ergometers for training, warming up and cooling down will be provided and located in the gym in the boathouse area.
BAG DROP OFF
The athlete’s bag drop off is located in the boathouse and is free of charge. The bag drop off will be open during the official opening times of the course.
Please note that in general the water in Bled is drinkable, including the accommodation facilities, restaurants and boathouses which all have a suitable certificate issued by Infrastructure Bled.
A photographic service will be available to all participants so they can obtain photos taken during the regatta.
Exhibitors wishing to reserve a space at the regatta venue are requested to complete the application form which will soon be available on the website. It must be sent to the Organising Committee no later than 31st May 2017.
Medical facilities and services will be located in the boathouse area during the opening times of the venue. First aid facilities will be available in the finish area during the racing.
